With only 7 members in attendance it was decided to hold the meeting on an informal fashion.

Server Swim Night

This discussion was continued from the June meeting.  Nick has decided to head this effort.  It was decided to schedule it in replacement of the Aug. 13th meeting.  Nick is checking on the Gage Park pool and any discounts they may offer.  Hotdogs will be served and swimming passes will be available to all attending Alter Servers.  Bill will help Nick in getting the information to the servers.  Nick is in need of 2-3 to help him on the evening of the event.

Financial Report – Merlin

Semi-Annual report has been submitted.

2009 Membership Cards are to be sent out soon.

Activity Kits will be ordered together in August.

Treasure’s Report – Clem

Donation made to Catholic Charities.

Tootsie Roll Drive

Chairman is needed for this year – Dates Oct. 11-13

Discussion was on locations and number of cases to order.  10 cases will be ordered and we will wait for information on locations to man.

We will also order 8 new aprons.

General Discussion

Nick has talked to Brian Tritsch who is planning a Veteran’s Memorial honoring Mater Dei parishioners who have served their county.  The K of C will help however we can.
