Meeting was called to order by the Grand Knight at 7:11 p.m.

Grand Knight’s Report: None

Chaplain's Report: None

Treasurer's Report: None

Financial Secretary's Report:

• Did not receive statement from Supreme due to timing conflict
• Making a change for Robert (for 3rd Degree)

Program Director's Report: Update on status of tootsie roll program

Church Director's Report: None

Youth Director's Report: Have soccer challenge scheduled for 3:30 on Saturday, October 18th at Hayden High School (please attend if possible)

Reading of Communications: None

No reports were provided for the following categories:

Trustees Report, Membership Program, Family Director, Community Director, Standing Committees, and Insurance.

Unfinished/Old Business:

• Tootsie rolls
• Religious Ed raffle tickets (goes to religious education to schools throughout KS; deadline is October 25th)
• There was some discussion about a social
• Motion to buy one ticket for religious ed was passed

New Business:

• Members discussed meeting in the basement of Assumption
• Server Recognition Activity during a winter month - tabled
• Bazaar volunteering: kitchen and Poker table (Halloween weekend)

4th Degree Report: Did host appreciation dinner; had 33 - 34 Knights attend; next planned event is Christmas Dinner (December 13th)

District Deputy's Report:

• Presentation to this council (2007 - 2008 Service Programs Award)
• Tootsie roll program this weekend
• Religious Ed tickets due to Jose
• History report update is good
