Meeting was called to order by the Grand Knight at 7:12 p.m.

Grand Knight’s Report:

· Had a great experience at the convention.

· Discussion of holding a recognition activity for servers in August by treating them to a baseball game.

· Discussion of changing meeting location to Rossiter Hall

Chaplain’s Report: Skipped

Financial Secretary Report:

· Columbian Form Application has been completed and sent.

· Officer’s Report form will be completed and sent off this week.

· Michael Martin has transferred out of this council to be closer to his son.

Trustees Report, Services Program, Membership Program, Program Director, Family Director, Church Director, Community Director, Youth Director, Standing Committees, Insurance, and Unfinished Business

New Business:

· June 22^nd there will be a fundraiser for Catholic charities at St. Matthew’s at 7 p.m. – freewill offering.

· Merlin presented Clem with a plaque recognizing his work as treasurer for the council.

· Elections were held in which all officers were reelected with one exception. Clem stepped down from position of treasurer and took role of 1^st Year Trustee. Larry Payne was elected to position of treasurer.

· It was suggested to hold raffles rather than other forms of fundraising for the summer.

· Kyle Mead was awarded “Knight of the Year.”
