Meeting was called to order by the Grand Knight at 7:00 p.m.
The minutes from the April 2007 meeting was read and adopted.
Motion was made and passed to accept the application of Robert Ortiz.
Correspondence from the K of C State Deputy was read regarding the Greensburg Tornado.

The council will still need to recruit 1 new member and 1 insurance policy.
The council still has members who still have not paid their membership dues for 2007.

Unfinished Business:
Corpus Christi March (4th Degree K of C) will be held on June 10, 2007 at 3:00 pm. Volunteers are needed to participate in the march.
A motion was passed to conduct a Communal Breakfast on June 10, 2007 after the 8:30 am mass at the Assumption Church.
The council will conduct a cookout fundraiser on June 9, 2007 at the Wal-Mart in north Topeka. The cookout will run from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. The menu will include hotdogs, hamburgers, bratwurst, chips and soda. Volunteers will be needed to work the stand.
New Business:
A motion passed to do $100.00 to the Emergency Fund for Natural Disaster Relief (Greensburg Tornado victims).

A 4th Degree Exemplification will be conducted on June 16, 2007 at Christ the King Church in Topeka.
The 4th Degree will be hosting a Golf tournament on August 19, 2007 at the Lake Shawnee Golf Course.
There will be a new District Deputy effective July 1, 2007 to replace Darwin Nichols.
